Yu Sun

Yu Sun

Yu Sun is an expert in communications technology. He was elected an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1995. Mainly engaged in development of military communication equipment and the overall engineering design of communication systems, Sun is the founder of the discipline of telecommunications network and has published thirteen books including "Discussion on the General Concept of Telecommunications Network". In 2017, he served as the Honorary Director of the Science and Technology Committee of the 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group, and the Director of the Science and Technology Committee of the National Defense Telecommunications Network Key Laboratory. He is also an expert consultant of the Science and Technology Committee of the Central Military Commission and a consultant for development of air forces.
