Yanchun Zou


Yanchun Zou is the professor of Human Resource Management at School of Management in Guangzhou University. She is also the director of the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, the director of the Institute of Human resource Management and Development, vice president of Guangdong Human Resource Research Association, member of the advisory expert group on Human Resource Management Planning of the 16th Asian Games, consulting and performance management expert of the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou Municipal Finance Bureau and Dongguan Science and Technology Bureau.

Professor Zou is mainly engaged in the research of human resource management and service innovation, leadership and organizational behavior, talent development and industrial competitiveness and management psychology. She is the author of multiple articles published in leading academic journals such as Human Relations, Acta Psychologica Sinica and Journal of Management Science. She published Human Resource Management: Theory and Practice, Management, and other books. She has presided over and participated in more than 20 national and provincial projects.

Professor Zou has been in charge of the Teaching Team of Human Resource Management in Guangdong Province and the provincial online course (MOOC) Human Resource Management. She has been teaching courses such as Human Resource Management Research, Senior Management, Organizational Behavior for academic graduate students, Human Resource Management and Development for MBA, and Human Resource Management, Management Psychology for undergraduates.
