
Yang Deng
Dr. Deng is currently an associate professor in College of Food Science and Engineering, Qingdao Agricultural University, Qingdao, China. Dr. Deng had got his Ph.D. degree in Nanjing Agricultural University in June 2012, and used to work in South China University of Technology and Tsingtao Brewery Co. Ltd. He also had an oversea study as a visiting professor in Seoul National University, Korea, during 2018-2019. He currently undertakes multiple provincial/ministerial level grants, and has published more than 25 research papers, including 16 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author, a total impact factor of above 60, total citation of 186 in the Web of Science. Other papers include 6 EI papers, as well as 3 conference papers. As the conference attendance, Dr. Deng has made 16 oral presentations and posters, 8 of which are awarded conference travel grants (3 in international conferences). He also works as the guest editor or reviewer of several international academic journals.
